Just a small question looking at the picture of the tools versus the tool list i think you meant 3/8 drive not 3/4 right? 3/4 drive would be kinda big for this application and not many people have this size either. Great write up though.......I work in quality control.....can you tell....lol

 

i put 24s on my harley 03 what kind of shocks do i need ? this thing bottoms out

 

just curious How do you get to the top of the rear shocks to change them??? I haven't really gotten a very good look but I am looking into changing all 4 pretty soon (already have parts) Thanks for any help you can provide..

Ok, I just did 3 out of 4 then the noceums started bitting, How did you get the 13\16 Deep Socket on top of the front shock with the ratchet and still be able to turn it with the plastic splash shield thingies there?? also I figured out the rears, PITA but done.

 

Thanks a lot, Raptor! I had to do an internet search (using startpage.com - I don't do google) to find this! On another F150 forum I'm on, those boys said I had to use a spring compressor on me '02. Glad to know I don't!

 

Superior how-to. Great pics and all. BUT-!! Geez, you set a really bad example with the tire-jack and block of wood vertical like that. Jackstands my friend. That being said, my compliments on a very good write-up
