Here is a quick how to move the window motor. A number of people have asked so i figured a quick write up would help.
1. Remove rear seat back rest.
2. The bracket that holds the motor to the wall appears to hold the motor together, it doaesnt. What I did was unbolted the motor. Removed the top 2 torx bolts from the seat belt tower. Unclipped the cable from the wall. Unplug the wire harness.
3. I chose to use 1/2 oak ply to mount my amps and all else to. Since I moved the motor all the way over to the drivers side I had to extend the harness.
4. Ignition off. Battery disconnected.
5. I cut the harness off and extended the wires by adding wire to it and connecting it with butt connectors.
6. I removed the bracket from the motor. Flipped the motor over 180 degrees.
7. I used 1" screws and mounted the motor to the wood using the plastic housing of the motor. When you move the motor over bring the cable up to tne next slot/ truss, of the backwall. When doing this be aware that you dont curve the cable too tight . Keep a nice curve at the bend of the cable. It will look like a horseshoe.
8. reconnect battery, harness to motor and test. Very simple, looks tough. No Issues at all.

I did mine slightly different, I took off the bracket and flattened it out and rebent it the way I needed it. I then drilled 3 holes in the seat belt frame and reused the original bolts.

 

Looks like your modified way works well. It could even be more space saving.
