What do you call the cab that has the 4 doors but you have to open the front door to get the back door to open. Is it a supercab or crew cab? It's a 2004 F150 4X4. Thank you.

Crew (super crew) is the full four door.

That depends....being 2004 if it is the New body style you could possibly even have the Regular cab. The main question would be, do you have rear seats? If the answer is Yes, then you would have the SuperCab. If you do not have any rear seats and it is a New Body 04 then you have a Regular cab.

Now if you have a 04 Heritage style then your only option would be to have rear seats and you would have the SuperCab.
