I'm sure that this has probably been asked and I have done the searches and have not turned up a clear answer. I have a 2008 F-150 Lariat 4x4 and found a brush guard off of a 2002 Expedition with all the mounting hardware and brackets for a really good price. Can anyone tell me if the mounting brackets will line up or if I will need to do some modifications to get them to line up? If anyone has done this and had to modify the brackets some pictures would be nice. Thanks in advance for any help I get with this.

 

I'd only guess at saying the answer is no or needs modifying, I'm after buying one now and manufacturers are quite specific about what years their bars will fit.
