I did this a year ago or so. Pretty easy to do, I started with a hair dryer to loosen up the tape and then got impatient and then just pulled it off. (I wouldn't necessarily recommend that though, I've heard about people using some kind of line to separate the molding from the door.) Then used goo-b-gone to take off the adhesive that was left on the doors. Definitely cleans up the look of the truck.
