Projectors or HID's

should i put Projectors or HID's in my 07 f150, and if i get projectors can i put HID's in them to make them HID projectors. i think im leaning more towards projectors because they have better light concentration and dont spray light everywhere like HID's. so give me your opinion and also kits that you know of or have used that are good. thanks.

You will want both. Projectors limit the light from halogen bulbs dramatically. So get projector housings, and put HID's in them.

Would agree 100%

just get the HIDs. The projectors made aftermarket for these trucks are made out of plastic and literally have no light. you could shine a light out the windshield and get better visibility. i know it sucks and sometimes has glare, but stick with stock housings, get HIDs and aim them down.

Putting HID's in the projectors is just as much light as running them without projectors. I know this because I have ran both setups. And with the projectors you get some sort of a cutoff line.

yea i got the stock housing with 6k HIDS and there great, just like aim them down, and u dont get that cutoff line by using the stock houseing, id just get the HIDs if i were u and it be cheaper then getting both
