09 FX4 and HID's Question

Im looking to do the Bi-xenons in my 09. The problem is the 09's or at least mine has the cup inside the headlight that sheilds the front portion of the bulb. Will this interfere with the operation of the bulb and motor when switching from low to high beam?

Nope. Not a problem. I don't remember if my stock heads had them but my OEM Lightning heads have them and it's not a problem. I have the Xenon Link Bixenon kit.

Thanks
Thats the setup im looking at. After reading everyones reviews on them and the price I figured I would give em a shot and do my heads and fogs. Thinking of going either with 5000k or 6000k not sure yet.

All clear lenses have that cover. It'll be pretty sweet to see an '09 with HIDs!

From what I know, you may well be the very first 2009 F-150 in the world with HIDs...
