Angry TFP Handles won't stay on!!!

I recently purchased the TFP stainless steel overlay door handle/tailgate handle kit for my supercrew. I followed the installation instructions to a T, in a heated garage, using alcohol to clean the handles and everything. The problem is, They keep falling off!! Where I live it gets to be about -50 Celsius. Does this have something do do with it? What should I do to make them stick?

well, if you want them to be permantly on, get some crazy glue and put it on the backside of the overlay and then press them on to the existing handle. only do this if you want it on there permantly

Take it as a sign not to put them on. I have the chrome handles and I wish I would have just waited to buy the new PTM white door handles for my truck. At the time I didn't like the black OEM so it was a quick fix. The new handles aren't much more then the chrome covers.
