Question Silverstars vs GE Nighthawk

I have been planning on getting a set of Sylvania Silverstars for a while, but when recently looking at them I found the GE Nighthawks. The Nighthawks claim to be a lot brighter and last 402 hours as opposed to 150 hours with the silverstars. Or should I look at the Silverstar Cool Blues?

I just want a bulb that will give me a nice HID look without people flashing me their brights. I would hate to get pulled over some night because a cop thinks that my brights are on, even though the lights are 100% street legal.

Any suggestions?

I presently run Silverstars. I bought some Nighthawks from Wallyworld just for comparison.
Light output is equal.
Nighthawk is much yellower than Silverstar.

I'll return the Nighthawks.
The whitest bulb is still Eurolite Fusion. Too bad they burn out after 1 year.
