Here I go again on my 2017 XL RCSB F-150. I have my PlugNPlay Pioneer GM-D1004 amp with LOC and harness installed and working with my Blaupunkt GTHS80 subwoofer. It is almost where I want and miles superior to the factory set up. The cab’s 3-way speakers have been covered in another thread. There is still a slight issue with female vocals and by the time I get them right other sound images get muddy or frightenly bright, so I am thinking about an equalizer. The Audio Controls LCQ1 will allow me to add an EQ and eliminate the inexpensive Scosche LOC. Does anyone have any real world experience with this EQ. I will place it and the sub volume controller in the storage bin in the bottom of the fold down center seat so everything is out of the way once the sound is dialed in.

The LCQ1 will be here tomorrow but I need an RCA adapter harness to my Pioneer brick. I am hoping the guy that sold it to me with the plugnplay harness has a left over to give me. If not I will have to invest another $55.00 to $60.00 for the harness.
