Should I just add a Mono amp?

Hi!

I have a 2001 F-150 and I just want a little extra boost. I listen to rap and metal (weird combo, i know) and I'm looking for an inexpensive way to supplement my stock speakers. I would like to add one or two 10-12 subs.

My head unit is a Dual XHD6425 4X50 Watt with one RCA pre-amp output.

Should I get a mono amp to drive the subs?

If not, what is a good amp/sub combo for the head unit I have?

EDIT:
How about this for a cheap drop in? I know hardly anything about car audio

Nothing wrong with MTX Just remember you get what you pay for. Just don't turn the amp gains up all the way and it should sound fine and make the music full.
