Amp ground wire max length ?

I have 2 amps. Kicker zx400.1 under rear passenger seat and jl300.4 under front passenger seat.
Zx400.1 grounded (4awg) to jack bolt under rear pass. seat to grnd dist. block. To connect the jl to the grnd dist block, it will take about 36" of 4 awg. Is this too long of a ground for this amp ?
Should I just ground it separate to a front passenger seat frame bolt ?
Will this cause possible ground loops ?
If I move the ground dist block closer to the jl300.4, then the zx400.1 will have a 36" ground wire.
What is best solution, other than relocating both amps to back wall so both could be close to the grnd block and the grnd wires could be 12" or less ?

I would ground them in different locations before I used a 3 foot long ground wire...

Sometimes an amp running your highs grounded at the same spot as an amp running your subs can cause problems anywho.
