Call Roush

My best advice would be to get the part number from the dealer that has it for the low price and call Roush from the Roushparts.com website and ask them if it will fit you application.

I know it will work on Screw 5.5 and Scab 6.5 not sure of the rest though.

Good luck.

installed it last night on my scab 5.5.it fits perfect other than the front hanger on inlet pipe is in the wrong spot.the rest of the hangers were fine and it bolted up nice and tight.its so light that the front hanger isnt needed so i just left it.sounds awsome and at 391.00 im very happy with it.

I have this legal kit on my Screw, and it's great. Contrary to anyone who says it's loud, I disagree. Yes, upon cold startup, it has a nice rumble until it kicks down, but once warm, I don't even notice any rumble or extra noise.

What it lascks in sound, it makes up for in looks....a super looking rear end....my F150, that is.

CHIA

ps- The loudness opinion is based on recently moving from an Odyssey mini-van, so I think it's pretty valid, as the van was almost silent.

Thumbs up

I just had the Roush off road "lightning style" kit installed on my 2006 Screw 6.5' bed in less than an hour by Meineke. Very aggressive sounding under acceleration, more than I expected. But I love it! Noticed a much improved throttle response also, with no signs of low end torque loss whatsoever. I ordered the stage 1 kit from Troyer and am currently awaiting the tunes and AF1 intake. Recieved the exhaust in advance! I must say, the truck is fun to drive now with just the exhaust, I can only imagine how it will be with the intake and tunes!

As far as the exhaust kit, great product and simple installation according to the service mechanic. I highly reccomend it. You wont be upset if you are looking for an aggressive, deep, exhaust tone on demand.

I assume you dont have the roush side skirts on your truck. Do the exhaust pipes look odd without the side skirts, do they exit too low from the body? I want to get this kit for my Screw but just want to make sure it doesnt look odd without the skirts. Does this kit work with the OEM step bars?

I just called Roush moments ago and spoke to customer service about the Off-Road, Dual Side Exit exhaust: R12000005. Online it says that it fits the SuperCab 6.5' box. That's it. The rep told me that it would fit the SuperCrew 5.5' box fine. I did not ask about the SCrew 6.5' box.

I installed it last year (Roush Off-Road) on my 2007 Supercrew with the 6-1/2 foot box with no problems. The only thinh I could gripe about was the left (drivers) tail pipe seemed to be a bit farther off the hitch, but not worth getting upset over. If I get a 2008 Supercrew in spring, I will check out MBRP first. If it's available with side outlet, that's the way I'll go. If not, I'll go with the Roush O/R without any hesitation. I'd just like side outlets to keep the note from bouncing off my travel trailer.
