Got my livewire with tune :)

Ok so Thursday I recieved my livewire and Friday I finally installed my AF1 and my custom tunes.

I can honestly say the truck feels much more responsive with the 91 tune and CAI I also had a magnaflow cat back on the truck. I also put on pullies 2 weeks ago.

Having a couple minor issues but I am confident that Mike and SCT will get it worked out. Thanks to this great forum for the recomendations and info.

I would strongly suggest these mods.

So did you leave the AF1 off the truck until you got the Livewire because you went with the 3.5" AF1 or you just wanted to wait and put both on at the same time? I'm expecting delivery of my AF1 tomorrow (went with the 3" tube), but don't expect to receive my Xcal II and Troyer Tunes until sometime mid to late April. Just wondering if I should go ahead and put on the AF1 or just wait until I get the Xcal.

Hi.

Since the 3" doesn't require tuning corrections, you can, and probably should, put it on now.

You'll also be able to tell what the intake mod feels like on it's own.

Intake's nice, but you're gonna love the X2...

Hi Fright;

Nice

Are you able to datalog (either passthrough or on-device) with it yet?

If so, are you planning to?

Thanks.

For whatever reason I have a P1639 code and am unable to return to stock tune at the moment. Mike and SCT are working on it now and I am confident they will get it straightened out.

I went with the 3.5 setup. That is why I waited.

I havn't tried data logging yet. I plan on it tho. Since they offered to re tune if the data logging shows I need to.

Hmm mine was some time ago Back in January. There was some delay because I updated and took a while to get them my ecu info.

Hi Fright!

Glad you got your LiveWire and are enjoying your new Troyer Performance tunes!!

BTW, just so you know, James @ SCT tried to reach you yesterday but couldn't - he will be trying to call you again today as well. There is another new firmware version available that was just released yesterday as well, so I'm sure they'll be having you do that update to take care of that issue with the code, etc.

And thanks for your time on the phone this weekend, I appreciated your time so we could go over everything properly - have fun & enjoy your new tuning!
