cotusb not working?

cotusb not working?
cotusb was working just fine last week. Showed my new Lariat in "order processing". Today, my vehicle can't be found. I tried order info and I tried plugging in my VIN to no avail. Does anyone know (or Crystal / Nick) if cotusb is broken for now or if it's not tracking 2015 any more (which seems ridiculous)?

The COTUS site is still in its beta, so there are still some glitches here and there. Not to worry, though; PM me your VIN and I'll check on the status of your truck.

I know Im in the wrong spot BUT I have had a 2016 Mustang GT ordered since June 11, 2015. I was senr my VIN. then I was sent order number and dealer number. NONE of which could find my car on COTUS. I was given a build date of September 21. HELP PLEASE PLEASE FIND MY CAR
