Sunroof rattle
 

Hi all...I have a 2015 F150 with a moonroof. The roof rattles over the passenger side when closed. I have had it to the dealer twice and they have no clue. This rattle is sending me over the edge. Has anyone had this issue? If so, how did they fix it? Thanks.

My name is Tricia, and I’m one of the U.S. Ford Customer Service Representatives on this forum. When did you last visit your dealer? Also, have you considered seeking a second opinion from another Ford Dealer? If not, you can schedule an appointment online, here.

In the meantime, please take your vehicle back to your Ford Dealer to get diagnosed. With the diagnosis, your dealer can look up any TSBs, recalls, or customer satisfaction programs that may apply to your vehicle. Also, be sure to speak with the service manager, as he is in the best position to ensure a proper diagnosis, and will be able to provide available options and/or coverage for any work needed.

Lastly, any repair done at a Ford Dealer comes with a 24 month/unlimited miles warranty.

So does mine, but I found TSB 16-0020. It addresses a rattle on the passenger side when the sunroof is closed. I am having my dealer address it at my next service.

Nah, that's a sunroof thread, this is a moon roof one.:D
