Don't pinch me...

On Veteran's Day we traded in our 09 F150 with +157K miles for a 2015 XLT Supercrew 4X4 3.5L Ecoboost. Needless to say, I absolutely love it. This is the third F150 but the first Eco that I've owned, I had an 05 FX4 and the 09 XLT. This truck leaves no comparison. We've already put over 2K miles on it and I can't say enough good things about it. Took a trip to Auburn for a football game (I know...), then went to NC and back to Ohio, we averaged 22.3 mpg...whoa. That's coming from both the truck and my own calculations.
Ford nailed it with this truck.

I just retired a 2004 with 266k miles. I picked up a very similar truck except 6.5' box, and white. I feel the same way, just wow! The difference in power and handling is immense, as it should be as a truck 11 years newer. Im not seeing near that mileage, but Im only 600 miles in, somewhat heavy on the skinny pedal, and have 3.55 gears.

I kept it between 65-70 mph in order to see just how good it could get. Since then though...:roflol:
