I have a 2017 Platinum I bought new in August 2017. Nav (GPS) has worked flawlessly until recently. Whenever I leave my residence I get a Red Circle with a Line Thru It with GPS in that circle. Sometimes the Nav is lost shows me traveling cross-country.

I've taken it to my dealer 3 times. They say there's no problem. And that the problem cannot be duplicated. Problem persists, yet intermittantly.

What's the problem?

Have you checked to make sure the firmware and software is up to date?

 

I would think the dealer would check that as I've had it up there three times. I guess I'll remind them.
