Have a 2018 F150 with the dual sunroof and it started rattling. Quick search seems to be a common problem, and iffy success stories. Well mine ended up being a 5 second fix, and may help others. I'm not at 5k yet and live on a gravel road, so the knocking rattle annoyed me, couldn't really pin point it, except passenger side. I only ever use the pop up, so I got to thinking, and slid the roof back an inch and then back forward, my rattle stopped and hasn't come back. So apparently it wasn't closing completely or something got out of whack, and sliding it readjusted something. I know a shot in the dark for a fix, but may save some of you a lot of time and frustration.
