Since I have had the Sunroof TSB done on my truck the noise is completely gone. I hope it stays gone.

Anybody had any luck getting the sunroof noise fixed? Mine has been to the dealer 5 times for it and they keep doing the TSB that lasts a couple of weeks at best. Its obvious they have a major design flaw and wont own up to it. I've been buying Ford trucks for 20+ years and I'm not sure I'll be able to stay brand loyal on the next one.

 

You won't buy another F150 because of a sunroof problem? Sunroofs don't belong on pickups in my opinion. All sunroofs leak at one time or another and if you encounter hail, you wish you didn't have a silly sunroof.

 

I have the same problem with my new (2016) F 150. The sunroof rattles on the one side, passenger side! Any time you go over a small bump in the road. Has been to Dealer, they are not sure what it is, but they do hear it. I bought the truck used directly from the Ford Dealership, and since day 1 it has rattled when closed. I have had them look at it, they can hear it but have not been able to fix the darn thing...truck only has 30k miles on it. Any solutions?
