is there a seperate charge for buckets with sport

If you get the Sport Appearance package, which as I understand includes / required buckets with console, is there still a separate charge for option H, the front bucket seats?

Price

That's really not that good of a price. I'm not trying to start any arguments. When I bought my 2014 fx4 fully loaded supercrew the msrp was just above 58,000. I ended up getting it for 41,950 plus taxes. Another member in a different forum just built a platinum for the same price you are getting your lariat for. Maybe you should price out a few different dealerships, just trying to help save you money. Does anybody have any idea when you will be able to build the 2015 on the ford website?

^It's not 16k off MSRP because it's new and the dealers aren't trying to get rid of them.

You are right KMAC, I do agree with you. 16k was a lot off msrp. I still do believe he can get a better price though. Another person in the forum ordered his platinum for the same price. Then again I guess we will pay anything to get ahold of a 2015 as soon as we can

If he is buying the vehicle at invoice, that's really about as low as you can expect (maybe $500 under, but that's rare, and not really worth the hassles). Any rebates will come off of that. Don't expect a lot of rebates up front on the '15s. The price you mentioned had quite a bit in rebates to get it down to that level. Dealerships don't control those, Ford does.

How long do you figure before they start offering rebates/incentives ? I know they don't have any reason to offer them yet since thry want to get rid of the 2014's and they are backed up on 2015 orders. I would imagine they will start to offer decent rebates once they start advertising the truck on TV, online , and when it comes time to build them on the ford website. Not sure when you will be able to build them online, was hoping soon to get a better idea of how the truck will look with different packages and add ons

If I'm not mistaken, the rebates will be available when he actually pays for it.

Very curious to see how much in rebates they will offer. A lot of people will want the 2015, but a lot of customers will want a comparable price to previous years. Everybody knows the price has gone up, and also the base features, hopefully it stays within reason though.

I don't know when the rebates start, but I would venture not until April/May of next year at the very earliest. KCAP won't be completely up until February(ish) next year, so it's not like Ford will have tons sitting on the lot. Just depends on the demand relative to supply.

And yes, rebates are valid at time of delivery to the customer (when he/she signs the papers). If rebates go up $2k the next day, tough luck!

Hello,
I ran across this post in hopes of finding someone with a similar truck to what I had built. Turns out yours is almost identical with a few more options. You posted this in August 12014. Im assuming by now you took delivery? I would love to see some pics of your truck when you get a chance.
