We have had our truck for 7 months now we love the truck but the rattle from thesunroof is driving my OCD crazy. Have tried the lithium spray it worked for a few days I have it going to the dealership but I searched and found lots of issues with prior years.

 

It may sound crazy, but try a light smear of RTV sealant on the rails. I mean light smear.

It will help "thicken" the rails to avoid the rattle.
