Anyone with an available X-plan pin?

LONG time member of this site, but I haven't participated in years. Joined when I owned my 1998 XL SCab.

I still have my 2004 Lariat SCrew, but I think it's about time to trade into something new. My only real question is what I asked in the subject line...is there anyone (A-plan member or?) that has an X-plan pin they are willing to part with that isn't spoken for? As I ask this, I am NOT asking for one right at this moment. I haven't even been to the lot to begin looking (will be leaving for the dealer shortly), so I do not want anyone to generate a pin when I don't even know when I'll be ready for one.

People here used to do this back in the old days. I don't even know if members still do this for one another, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Thanks!

The management no longer allows solicitation of pins. You should probably keep it to PM's.

Ah, ok. My bad. Please disregard this public solicitation of a pin number, then.

Adding to this- my employer participates in X-plan. I must provide proof of employer in the form of a current paystub, health insurance card, or ID badge. Business cards are *not* accepted. I can "sponsor" a family member, but I still have to provide proof, and I'm held responsible if they violate any rules of the plan.

I always get my X plan pin and the dealer always beats the X plan pricing by $200.-$400.
Not that great anymore.
