2015 F150 - Noise in front end

So I just bought a 2015 F150 Super Crew XLT and recently began hearing a noise coming from the front-end area. At first it sounds like the springs twisting and then releasing after compressing, but I also feel it in the brake pedal. It could be vibrating to the brake area as well, if it is the springs. At a stand still, turning the wheel doesn't make the noise, its only when moving and during slight movement of the wheel or compressing of the brakes. I am taking to dealer, but has anyone had this issue?? Hard to explain and driving me CRAZY!

Welcome to the forum, bjv11383; congrats on the truck! I'm glad you'll be visiting your dealership to have the noise checked out. What's the current mileage on your rig?

Current mileage is 610 miles. I also am in need of having the windshield replaced due to what appears to be a manufacture defect in the glass. When I bought the truck it was delivered with 175 miles already.

Thanks for the quick response, bjv11383. If you'd like, I can escalate these issues to your regional customer service manager; they'll work with your dealer to ensure they're resolved. If that's something you'd be interested in, PM me your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership.

I have actually already visited the dealer where I purchased, yesterday. I are sending photos to Ford and attempting to have the windshield replaced. When they work on windshield, they are also planning to investigate the noise concern. The dealership has been great! (Koons Ford of Sterling, VA). Do you still want my information?

I am having a similar issue with my 2015. the noise/vibration in the floor of the cab is heard as you slow down. Does not matter if I am in neutral , 4 low , 4 high or 4A.
Its been in a couple of times and was told on the last visit that that mechanic can hear it however is unable to pin point the issue and perhaps its just" build that way"

Not what I wanted to hear from them.......

I had a defect in my windshield too, the curve at the bottom of the glass was off and it leaked water.
Mullinax Ford in Apopka, Fl replaced the windshield and gave me a 2014 Mustang for a loaner.....that was fun!
I guess we can call this a plug for Mullinax Ford!
