Problem Summary: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2015 Ford F-150 trucks manufactured March 19, 2015, to March 30, 2015. The affected vehicles may have been built with a steering upper intermediate shaft that was improperly riveted.
Consequence: If the intermediate shaft was improperly riveted, it could separate from the intermediate shaft flex coupling, resulting in a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.
What Owners Should Do: Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the intermediate shaft and replace it, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on May 22, 2015. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 15S17.

Problem Summary: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain model year 2015 Ford F-150 vehicles manufactured January 30, 2015, to January 31, 2015. The affected vehicles may have loose or missing underbody heat shields.
Consequence: A missing under body heat shield can lead to degradation or melting of the fuel or vapor lines, increasing the risk of a fire.
What Owners Should Do: Ford will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the vehicle for missing underbody heat shields and fasteners, and will install the missing components as required, free of charge. The recall began on May 13, 2015. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 15S12.

Component Adaptive Cruise Control for Ford F-150
Ford is recalling some 37,000 2015 Ford F-150 pickup trucks for a potential issue with the adaptive cruise control. The company said that when passing "a large, heavily reflective truck," the radar in the adaptive cruise could incorrectly identify the truck as being in the F-150's lane of travel. The F-150 could then automatically apply the brakes until the adaptive cruise system no longer believes this to be the case. Ford said it received a report of one accident related to this issue. No injuries were reported. The recall affects certain 2015 Ford F-150 vehicles built at Dearborn Truck Plant, March 18, 2014 through Aug. 5, 2015, and at Kansas City Assembly Plant, Aug. 11, 2014 through Aug. 6, 2015. It includes 36,857 trucks in North America; including 33,481 in the U.S. Dealers will update the adaptive cruise software at no cost. Ford's number for this recall is 15S29.

I thought the same! Hopefully there will be something soon. It looks like they are addressing the leather seat and frozen lock problem! I also have the warped bed liner so I will be making an appointment!

 

Did ford issue a new TSB changing the part number for the spark plug and the gap limits for the 2011 F150 3.5l ecoboost v6? I have a misfire issue on my truck. I have 76k Miles on the engine and knownitnis time to replace them. I have researched on line for the ford recommended plugs but have found that what ford is recommending and what people are posting is 2 different numbers. I know, always gonwith what the manufacturer says but I am just trying to make sure before I actually purchase the plugs.

Ford still says Motorctaft SP-528
several threads I have found state MOTORCRAFT SP-534 with a .028-.037 gap
