I have a question regarding my overhead console (or lack thereof of) on my new f150. I just purchased a new f150, I found an XL with a ton of extras that made you forget it's an XL. The one thing it doesn't have is any sort of overhead console/storage. Can I swap this out with something with some storage? Maybe something found in a higher trim package? Would it require an entire new headliner too? FYI mine currently just has the light in the forward part.

I would like to know this as well. I have a 2017 XL. Same situation. Lots of extras and I got an amazing price as it was a demo truck.

I would like like to swap out he overhead console.

 

The only storage in the overhead console that I'm aware of is for glasses. Personally I would like to see Upfitter switches like what was in my 2017 Super Duty.
