Max tire size for 2015 f150 4wd.

New to the forum, i own a 2015 f150 supercrew lariat 4wd. My truck is completely stock except that i removed the rear lift blocks over the axle so that i could fit my new truck in my low opening garage. My truck came with the 20" wheels and 275/55/ r20 tires. I want to know what the max tire size can be put on without trimming or rubbing too bad. I am going to buy after market wheels and i know offset plays a part in how the tires clear so i also need to know what kind of offset i need to have so the tires will clear. Thanks for any suggestions or help anyone can give!

If you go bigger tires you raise the height of the truck.

Largest tire with the most offset (rims) without trimming or rubbing

20" rim, +20 offset w/285/65/20 BFG KO2's for example. That will raise your truck approx. 1" higher. With the +20 offset and the 285 wide tire you will stick out approx. 1" wider than you do now..

FYI the stock rims are +44 offset. If you want to keep the same height go 285/55/20

Hope this helps

I'm researching this as well. How much it sticks out would depend on the width of the new rim given the same offset, correct?

The width of the rim does make a small difference. The offset is where you need to be careful.

Without any kind of level/lift I would suggest 20X8.5 or 20X9 with the max +20 offset.
