sure, that appears to be about $8700 off sticker price. Do you have trade-in or not?

I got $6900 off sticker for my truck, and an exceptional 04 FX4 trade-in price of $16,350. The actual trade in KBB book price of my old truck was around $13.3k, so if I actually use that number, it's like I got $10k off sticker for my new truck.

The dealers play with the numbers on both ends (new truck price vs. trade-in price).

Does the $35,138 include the options listed at the bottom of your post? If so, yeah dude, jump on that deal. I got mine for about 8k below sticker, but that was before tax, tag, title. Sounds like a great deal, and an awesome setup (pretty much exactly like mine except for the tow mirrors, and I got the chrome step bars and 6.5' box.) Make sure you go check out the tow mirrors in person, they're HUGE!!

Yup, that's a good deal. However, you may want to pencil out giving up the $3K cash and going for 0%/36 mos financing they are offering in some areas right now. For my situation, this saved me more.

Is $35,138 the Out the Door price? Make sure that price includes the DOC FEE.

The price does include all the options listed and would be OTD if not for my negative equity trade. The price does include all their irrelevant and made up doc/admin/phantom fees

I am heading out tomorrow to make my decision, its either this truck, a platinum for 38,900 (also OTD) or a demo 08 Tundra limited (<3k miles) that is being offered for 32,500.

Don't let them charge you anything more than $75 for DOC fees. We al know this is pure dealer profit. Don't add Gap insurance or take any type of extended warranty. You can get these items if you so desire on-line and much, much cheaper than what the dealer offers them for. Stick to your guns on the "extra" bs stuff they try to add.

Good luck and be sure to let us know what you decided on. And never, ever say that "T" word in this forum agan.
