No 4x4 2013 F150 Raptor

Hello I’m new here looking for some advice I replaced both iwe and have vacuum at both wheel ends no noises but seems that it is not engaging in 4 high any help is appreciated Thanks Dale

It's LACK of vacuum that engages the hubs for 4wd. Vacuum disengages them for 2wd.
