rubber thingy in 2013 F150 fan blower

The heater/ac blower on my F150 suddenly started vibrating. I took the fan assembly out from under the dash board today and inside the blower was a rubber part. It is about 1 1/2" long and 3/4" diameter and has a center hole with ribs and a flat spot like you would find on something that fits over a shaft end. It is NOT part of the blower assembly and must have traveled from somewhere in the ducting. Anyone know what it could be? Can I post of photo of the part here?

Yes, you can post a picture here. I'm curious to see what you are referring to.

Does your recirculating air still work? Did it look like this?

If so, only fix it to take the dash out. Seems to be more common.
