What's the VCT issues, got any links for me to review?
Edit: I did find this link so I'll review it when I have time:

How are the 5.4L V6's? Or are these the ones that have the VCT issues?

Really? That's good to know! The dealer just told me over the phone it was the 5.0L. Here's the VIN if it helps: 1FTFW1EV7AFA14463

New Question:
A dealer sent some pics of a recent trade in and it's a 2012 SCREW XLT, 5.0L, LONG BOX.
Does anyone know how long this truck is bumper-to-bumper?
I've seen wheel base charts and bed length specs but nothing on the overall length. My Tundra is 19ft long and that's about all that will fit in the garage.
Dealer hasn't gotten back to me today on the length so I'm hoping someone could help me out with a link or knowledge.

Just park in the commercial parking spaces which are longer.
Or, pay for 2 parking meters.
Better yet, ask the local parking authority what they want you to do, so that you can be in compliance.
I live in a big city. Trucks downtown routinely take more than 1 space. Some guys will pay both meters. I've never gotten a ticket for my long bed truck. But if that's what happens in some places, then it would be best to check with the locals on how they want you to park.
