Dealer can’t get OEM Brake Controller installed!

Dealer can’t get OEM Brake Controller installed!
I have a 2012 F150 XLT with tow pkg ( has receiver, 7 pin plug and plug under dash).
I’ve had it to dealer twice in 2 weeks to install OEM brake controller. First time they say they had wrong controller. 2nd time they installed controller but couldn’t get the computer to flash correctly. Now they say they have to start a case with Ford Corp Service advisers to figure out how to make brake controller talk to my trucks computer.
Should I find a new dealer? Wait til 1st dealer figures the out? Install an aftermarket brake controller?
