2011 3.5 new timing chain

I am looking at a 2011 platinum with the 3.5 with 125k miles. The Ford dealer is currently replacing the timing chain in it. The cool part here is that a Ford tech is working on it, sometimes the used car department sends work like this out to cheaper / less expensive shops.

I looked at the reports and it looks like the previous company that owned it did oil changes every 10k miles. I dont understand why people do this, but then i do sell auto parts (import) so i know better.

Anyway, the truck looks super clean and looks well taken care of.
Once they get it buttoned back up and i test drive it is there anything i need to look for?

I had a 2011 Lariat with the 3.5 that i loved but i let it go in December and am now seriously regretting that decision.

That's not unreasonable with today's oils and engines, with that mileage it's about twice a year. However, I would be concerned on a turbo direct injected engine with breakdown and dilution.
