You have to pair your phone and go through the aux channel. Select bt (Bluetooth). What year make and model truck do you have? Can you take a picture of the radio?

Truck is 2012 F 150 xlt 4x4 crewcab. Radio is paired to my phone and operates normally via phone conversations on BT. Still not getting Pandora music out of radio, listening and trying any help. Thanks

If that doesn't work try using the google play app, that's how I listen to music in my 2010 screw, or use the headphone jack by the my link USB port.

hit aux and then bt and you should hear music. Make sure your phone volume is up

What RSTHD150 said or try to use your voice commands too. I do it all the time. Stream Pandora or Iheart. I just click on the voice command and say "Bluetooth Audio" and she connects it no issues. Then find the sweet spot for volume on the phone and radio. Some controlling can be done on the wheel too for skipping songs and such.

Make sure your SYNC is up to date. I was having issues with my phone's media not staying connected. Did an update and it works great now!
