Suggestions to solve tire rub?

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a 2012 f150 supercrew 4X2 with the v6 ecoboost. It came with stock tires 265/65R18 but I wanted a fuller look for the truck. Thinking they would fit, I bought nitto terra grapplers G2 in 275/70R18. It looks awesome but when I left the shop and made the first right turn the tires rub!
I've read some posts regarding spacers and realize I don't know anything how to go about getting rid of the tire rub. I use the truck for mainly city and highway driving and the occasional dirt trail. So off-roading is not my concern. We all know the turning radius isn't very good to begin with so I'd like to get back that little bit I lost!
Not sure what my options are other than the spacers, because I can't give the tires back. Any suggestions regarding brand, size, etc for the spacers would be much appreciated. And yes, I am actively reading thru the forums in order to educate myself some more. Thanks!

Leveling kit, suspension lift kit, body lift, wheel spacers are a possible solution, and trimming the fender well where it's rubbing. I trimmed the front and rear of my 01 to get a set of 33x12.50's to fit. A different set of rims with different back spacing may fix it too, depending on the severity of the rub

Nice! Thanks. I gave the wheel well lining a haircut and it did the trick. Good to go!
