Classic OEP (operator error problem), operator was turning the key counter-clockwise instead of clockwise.

 

The link/Bus Fuses on the passenger side. have rivits that break loose.
Go to the junk yard to get some that are still solid and replace. Be very gentle as the abs plastic that covers and holds them is extremely fragile.
