Level / Truck Height Sanity Check

Level / Truck Height Sanity Check
Yes, another level/tire question to add to the throngs out there, but I’m hoping someone could give me a sanity check to make sure I’m thinking about things the right way. I’ve got a 2013 4WD Screw King Ranch, with the 275/55/20 stock pirelli’s. I want to upgrade to 275/65/20 Duratracs on my stock rim, and level the truck off with Bilstein 5100s. However, my truck is also a daily driver and I have clearance limitations in the parking garage where I park for work. The way I’ve thought about and calculated the height of the truck, post-level, is that the Duratracs would have a height of 34.08” on my 20” rims, versus the height of the pirelli’s of 31.92”. So since the front level kit isn’t going to raise the entire truck up, it seems to me the Duratracs would only add about an inch to the overall height of the truck (1.08” to be exact). Am I off base or thinking about things the right way?
Also, I have searched all through the forums, but I have not come across any suggestions that putting Bilstein 5100s on all 4 corners would raise the overall height of the truck by themselves. Does anyone have any experience with that and could confirm?
Thanks fellas!
