They are extremely easy to install. It just has some 3M tape on the back. Follow the directions. Start by peeling back the paper on the bottom, line it up, and slowly peel your way up.

Thank you, sir. She's a joy to drive everyday. I find myself making excuses to jump in the truck and go somewhere. I think my wife is getting jealous.

Thanks Dewser!

So while I'm waiting on my Raptor tails to get here, I am getting antsy for planning my next mod. I was planning on putting off getting new tires for awhile, but I'm getting that itch. So I think I've pretty much decided to go with a 2" level and 33x12.50R20 tires. I've done some research and think I have narrowed it down to the Cooper Discoverer STT as my choice. I wouldn't be disappointed with the Toyo M/Ts or Nitto Trail Grapplers either, but for the price and look, I REALLY like the STTs.

So I'm getting some quotes from local shops to see if they can beat internet prices. I am also not really setup to do the level myself, so I've looked around locally to see who's got the reputation and can do what I want. The place I found only does Pro Comp, Sky Jacker, and Fabtech levels, so I would be limited to that. But the reviews I've seen are pretty good. Over the phone, they recommended the Pro Comp. They can do the level, alignment, and tire install for right around $300. It's a little more than I thought it would be, but they have a good reputation from what I hear. This place doesn't have the Cooper's, so I will have to look elsewhere for those. This may happen sooner than later as the more pictures of leveled trucks with mud tires I see, the more antsy I get I probably won't do much offroading except when I travel out to the in-laws property (not really "offroading"), but who cares, mud tires and level/lift looks darn good

Oh, and since it gets such raving reviews, I guess I will be getting a 5 Star Tune to account for the bigger tires.

Thanks Casey05!

So I've decided to go with the Auto Spring 2" lift after reading reviews on this forum and others. Ordered it 5 minutes ago. So many people have done this themselves so I think I can save some money on this one by doing it myself. I have most everything needed, just need to pick up a few inexpensive things. I got home too late to get in contact with 5 Star Tuning to see what they can do for me. I want to make sure they can redo the speedometer for the tires. I've heard mixed things about whether they can or not. I'm also pricing Coopers at several different places. The best I've found so far is $302 per tire with free shipping. Then I will just have to find a good shop to mount the tires and do the alignment.

Yeah, this is happening sooner than later

This is going to sound like a dumb question, but when did they start making the kr solid colors? Lariat look on the outside, kr on the inside. I like it.

As far as I know, 2013 is the first year they started doing it. There must have been a high enough of a demand for it. Personally, like many people, I have always liked the KRs. But this setup looks better than the two-tone (to me) and made my decision easier.

I did my 2" AS level myself (with an extra set of hands, which is HIGHLY recommended) using common tools and a floor jack. But you may need someone to help ya out.

Tuning your truck can void the power train warranty, so I'd think about that before you do it. I have 5star tunes and like them and they ARE able to correct the speedo. But going from 32 to 33" tires isn't worth losing your warranty and spending $400 just to correc the speedo, which will be off a very small amount and will actually read near dead accurate because of the 2-3 mph cushion given from the factory.

Interesting, KMAC. So the custom tunes may not be necessary then? I was just wondering/worrying how bad my shift points and such would be. I may run it around a little while then before investing in the tunes just to see how far off it is. I'm not really worried about MPG loss or anything like that. My biggest concerns were shift points and the odometer and speedometer being off. The added performance from the tunes would just be an added bonus, but not necessary for me.

Well, tires are officially ordered. They'll hopefully be here next week. Got them for $304 per tire from Discount Tire. Speaking of that, anyone have experience with their Certificate for repair/replacement program? They want an additional $50 per tire for it.

The Raptor tails came in today. Got them put on with some LEDs from http://www.superbrightleds.com

I like how they look on here. I was a little skeptical with the chrome on the vehicle how it would look. But I like it:
