Angry Rear end whine! Anyone fixed rear end on 2011+

52,000 miles on '11. I noticed a rear end whine under power. Especially @ 60 mph. Dealer says probably pinion bearing. I thought these were upgraded 2011+? My 2004 went 2-3 times over the 225,000+ miles I drove it.
Frustrating!

I made my GF ride in the bed the other night and was getting a terrible whine thru the back window.

Then I closed it and all was well. (Cept for when we got home)

2011 with 52k is still under powertrain warranty, you should be able to get it fixed free.

Hey Power Kid, How is your 2011 running otherwise?
Did you ever go in for any of those EB TSB's or the new intercooler?

Is the pinion bearing included in this?

Transmission: all internal parts, clutch cover, seals and gaskets, torque
converter, transfer case (including all internal parts), transmission case,
transmission mounts; Front-Wheel Drive: axle shafts, bearings (front
and rear), center support bearing, drive shafts, final drive housing
(including all internal parts), hubs-automatic front locking (four-wheel
drive), locking rings (four-wheel drive), seals and gaskets, universal and
constant velocity joints; Rear-Wheel Drive: axle shafts, bearings (front
and rear), center support bearing, drive axle housing (including all
internal parts), drive shaft, propeller shafts, retainers, supports, seals and
gaskets, universal and constant velocity joints.
