09 supercrew reardoor won't open
 

Need a little help, can' get my rear door open. All rods and cables seem to work.the child lock is engaged but has been for a long time. It's seems like the doors not unlocking even though the rod goes up and down. Any help is appreciated.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am having the same problem. I am guessing it from the child saftey lock, I read they are a poor design. I have been trying to get the door open from the inside ( I managed to get the inside door panel off) with no luck. Any ideas?

Yes, it was the child safety module(made of plastic),ended up having split the module apart from the inside to get the door open. Once the door is open its a piece of cake to put the new one in

Did you get the door open on your own? I can't seem to do it, any tricks or tips?
I can see the white plastic cover on the door latch/ child saftey lock, but cannot get it off. Even when the clips are popped off it doesn't seem to want to budge?
