I have a 2010 FX4 SCREW with a set of the Raptor wheels/tires on it. Unfortunately I still have the Goodyear 275/65-18 spare tire. I'm concerned about the difference in tire sizes, 34.5 vs. 32.1, especially if in a 4x4 situation.

I was wondering if anyone here has installed the 315/70-17 tire as a spare and if it's an issue and if there are any pics as I worry about the exhaust shield and how much farther the tire would hand down as clearance would come into issue.

Otherwise, what would you all recommend.

Thanks for the replies. Now that we know it fits, what about for use off road? will that tire be hanging too low, or at least low enough to worry about.

At times I have hundreds of lbs of gear in the back going over rocks and other obstacles with almost full articulation, that tire hanging below the frame in the rear seems like an issue.

Also, I just don't have the space for a tire in the back and all my gear. wood, coolers, action packers, EZUP...take up a lot of space.
