Help with STX fender flares, Oem work or?..

I'm looking to put fender flares on my 2010 stx. On my 05 FX4 there was wholes all over the fender where tabs from the fender flare clipped into. If i get Oem fender flares is there a way to install them on my stx without drilling those wholes?
Is there any other name brand of aftermarket that look similar to the oem ones?

Bushwacker does have some called Street Flares that look just like the OEM versions. Those above are Extend-A-Fenders and are too big. I had those for about 20 minutes, then I sold them and got these. They're a little larger than the OEM flares, but I need the extra coverage due to the tires. Best thing is that they clip on in about 20 minutes with no drilling and only cost 230 bucks. Excellent ABS quality plastic too.

Couple more questions:

Are those street flares compatible with the ford mudflaps?

Do you think the street flares will rub against the paint?

What do they clip to? Do they use any double sided tape to hold them in place?
