Half of radio led screen went out

My new 09 F150 with 600 miles just had it's first problem. The left half of the radio led readout screen went black. The right half of the screen still works. Could the screen possibly use different fusees? I suspect this is highly unlikely and something is wrong with the sirius radio. Thought I'd run it by you experts before taking it back to the dealer.

Have you tried cycling the screen image on the left side? I think as you cycle through the available screens, you can have a blank image - or a blank one that you might have uploaded that is corrupted....

When in the home screen, have you tried hitting the arrow button toward the bottom of the screen on either side (or is it even there)?

yeah, it sounds like he doesn't have the navi, he refers to the LED readout screen, that sits at the top of the center dash.

This truck does not have the navigation system. The screen on top of the dash did show the station and when you adjusted the volume the word "Volume" would appear on the screen. Now when you adjust the volume you only see " ume ". On a station you olny see the last half of the readout the first half is always blank.

Take it to the dealer - on a truck with 600 miles on it.......I would have been there at 7am this morning.

Let us know the problem and result.

Got it back from the dealer this afternoon with a new radio. I'm sort of glad it was a bad radio as I was afraid it might be that I didn't know how to work it.
