Bought my First F-150 2014 XLT SuperCrew 5.0L 4x4

 

I went in with the intention of buying an XL and that's what I left with. The salesman didn't like me much when I left because he had to work to sell the truck. I never give what they want, that's for suckers or fools!
I know the XL is no frills but neither am I. We're both straight forward, hard working Americans. I got used to the simple things during my 21 years in uniform and I guess it just became habit. Don't fault me for being a simple man.

 

Not a thing wrong with being satisfied with the simple things in life. This country would be better off if all of us thought more that way.

 

I really wanted a brand new F150, but my wife and I had just bought our house and we have a list of things that we needed to buy for that (furniture, etc), so I ended up buying a 2009 FX4 Super Crew and I love it! It's completely stock right now, but I have plans. This is my sixth Ford truck!

 

Nothing wrong with a nice used model as long as you like.it and.it fitsyour needs.

 

Went to buy a 2014 XLT and came home with a black 2014 FX4. Love this truck has more options then I know what to do with.

 

new guy here. I just bought a 2014 f-150 stx 4x4 supercab.

 

I just went to get rid of my over burden gmc yukon, drove out in a new f-150 stx 4x4, supercab

 

Just traded in my 2012 XLT for a 2014 FX4. It's got quite a few more options then my XLT had. I might have hold on to this truck a little longer.

 

I have a 2015 F150 Sport on order with the 2.7L eci

 

EcoBoosted, your truck is a 2015. It should be in the 2015 section, not here.

 

Even tho you blacked out your front plate, I can still tell it's an Ohio plate. Whereabouts are you? I'm just west of Cleveland out in the burbs.

I had not purchased a new vehicle since 1981. I went to the local dealers. They did not have what I wanted in stock in Florida. I went on line, built, then went to dealer, and had them order it in March 2014. I have mad several modifications since.2014, F150 Lariat, Supercrew 5.0 4x4 6.5 bed

 

I bought a Limited which is the highest trim level. Got a great deal. With the eceoboost. Love the power hate the sound.
