I keep hearing about a 5.8l and a 6.2l for the new f150s does that mean that they'll be getting rid of the 4.6 as the base v8.....i have nothing against the 4.6 but that would be awesome it would mean that your getting more power than a 5.4 for the cost of a 4.6...in the sense that getting base model equipment will be much more powerful......

I wish they would offer a v8 and stick. That 5.4l would mate up great to a ZF 6 speed manual or something along those lines... maybe make it short-throw with a nice console... with shift lights, and even a display in the cluster to tell you which gear you are in and such... that would be awesome.
