Like????? Please tell!

It looks to me like the window switches are chevy style. Im not complaining, I like those better. It does have the super duty guages and Im not sure, but does the super cab seem alittle longer?

Also looks like they changed the local of the mirror thing and the shape of the door handle.

One more thing, they intalled a Staples "Easy Button"! Now we dont have to worry about traffic!

dont get me wrong I love the F150, but the next truck is a superduty!

I'm curious about something, what is this silver panel around where the spare tire should be? and is it just me, or are the rear crossmembers in different locations now?

17" rim or 18" rim? Is that a current Michelin tire or maybe a new 18" from them?

It could be a heat shield for the spare. Never know, with the new super dutys spitting fire from exhaust, Ford figured to get ahead of the game.

<--- thinks about the '09...

I say let's see what the whole package looks like first before deciding the grille doesn't work. So far, the new grille appears to be a little different on every Ford vehicle so far. In fact, I have a hard time figuring out why they are all called 3-bar, because many of them only have 2 chrome crossbars, not three, unless you count the top and bottom, but then it's 4-bar.

ANYWAYS, my point is let's actually see it with the front end before poo-pooing it. From the bit I can see under the camo, it looks like a better application than when people thought, that they would just stick the car-like flat grille from the Fusion onto it. Or that horrid Explorer grille with like 80 feet of flat chrome for no reason on the bottom.

I hope it's more bullish on our 150, more Super-Duty like.

Everyone has different tastes. For example, there are lots of people on here who love those billet grilles, the ones with a million little bars across the whole thing. I absolutely HATE those billet grilles, I think they look absolutely awful. But that's just me. Who knows, let's give Ford a chance before bashing them. As an overall package, they seem to have done ok with the F-150 for the past 30 years or so...

I can't wait. When I saw the post of "New Spy Shots" I almost jumped for joy. Am I crazy for loving my F-150 this much?! Naahhh...

When they test these trucks, they load them up will all kinds of sensors and crap like that. It could be a sensor package designed to fit into the spare tire space.

Think about it.

If Ford follows previous model changes, here's a very close preview of the new front end:

Things I've noticed in the catalog so far are

10 way power seat switch
A module for a drivers heated and cooled seat
Rear seats? Left and Right back rests covers and parts listed
(Maybe a fold down version or just separate backs for added comfort)
Tailgate Step (Re: Super dutys)
Rear vision camera in tailgate emblem with inside rear view mirror w/ integrated LCD monitor.
5.4L 3V is referenced throughout 2009 catalog. But also, a 4.6L 3V is listed for the model year.

Information is very sketchty not complete listings yet nor are there illustrations to verify what I'm seeing.
Wait and see...... It'll rock what ever it is.
