hey guys i got some 3157 chrome titanium's from autolumination.com for $3.49 a pop...i ended up ordering 4 just in case they crap out and i won't have to deal with ordering them again...i added these pics to the thread in the appearance section but figured you guys might want to see this (cheap) mod for your 09-11....the pics that i took don't really do the bulbs justice, the sun was setting and kind of screwed me over, enjoy!

Looks good. I hear they are pretty easy to change out. Is that true? Did you have to take the headlight assembly out to get to them?

yeah it's super easy, it took all of 10 minutes, i looked at the manual for bulb replacement and it was pretty self explanatory. the part i didn't understand in the manual was removing the rubber air flap....don't try to remove the plastic screw, just pull up and out on the rubber (the rubber will stretch). after that it's just 2 10mm bolts on top and 1 10mm bolt in the front....then there are 2 side clips in the fender....just pull out on the headlight and pull towards the center slightly, after that is just a twist and pull out the bulb. I didn't touch the bulb with my hand at all (didn't know if it was like headlights where the oil form your hand will cause the bulb to over heat)...after that you are good. good luck definitely recommend doing it, it's a cheap upgrade!

Good buy and good description of headlamp assy removal. I have done it that way too a few times, and then also realized that instead of the bolts removal etc (itself not a problem as you say), that I could just reach up from below for these bulbs we are talking about here since they are at bottom of assy. Thanks

I have mine about 2 years now and not a single problem with them for such a cheap price.

VERY nice!!!

I went to the Autolumination site and see that they also have a BUNCH of headlight bulbs - anyone try these to replace the OEM H13's?? (planning to replace ours but haven't decided on which ones to get yet, leaning toward the PIAA's . . . )

I don't remember having to take out the whole headlight assembly to get to those bulbs - I think you can get your hand in there without having to IIRC.
