remember

the lightnings don't look like the regular f150s. Changing some of the ground effects and stuff on that with some lightning svt wheels and stuff, this could look much better than you though, trust me.

That drawing looks 'too good' to be very far from the new design. Keep looking at it...It gets better. I can't wait to see a real photo.

I think Ford just plain got it right with the 97-03's. These are the best looking trucks I have ever seen.

In order to make radical styling changes, they had to go in bad directions. Kinda like what GM did with the new Suburban/Escalade. Took a great looking truck and messed it up.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and many designs will grow on me. The '04's will not. Fugly.

A 500HP twin screw will be might tempting, though.

I like it, the thing looks badass.... Throw a few mods on that thing and it would be a hell of a truck....

Talking WTF?!

You guys have to be kidding me... it looks awful?! Looks like a step taken in the right direction to me, very tuff' looking.

Here's a bigger version of that pic, and one from the interior. If they don't work, just drag the links to your address bar.

I love it!

I'm not surprised by the reactions seen in this thread, history is repeating itself

I have to admit, I wasn't a fan of the current body style when it first came to be. It wasn't until almost a year after the '97 came out and a ride in one that I was hooked. But I dig this body style already, and can't wait for it to come out!

I remember when the 97's came out and thought FORD lost it as it looked to car like but after seiing them all over the place and seeing how mod friendly they were they grew on my and i bought my 2000 it may be the same way with the 2004 version.
