Rattle noise

Rattle noise
I have a 08 f150 screw . i am hearing a rattle or something. Coming from the rear drivers side. I only hear it when i accelerate then when i let off the gas it stops. And it doesnt happen all time.

What engine does it have and is it 2wd or 4wd? Are you positive it's not coming from the front?

It has the 5.4 and yes 4x4 and im 100% positive its coming from drivers side rear

Sounds like a backing plate.

Does the rattling go away when you put it in 4wd? If so, it's actually a front hub.

I havent tried to put it in 4x4 ill try and report back
