Based on your original post, sounds like a lot to me. VC Gaskets, Oil/Filter should have been in original quote, maybe two VVT Solenoids needed to be extra, but rest sounds to me like classic throwing parts at a problem. Especially those 4 coils.

Glad it's running good though and hope it gives you lotta' serviceable miles now.

Only other thing I'd do now, is get a Melling high flow oil pump. Especially since you dumped so much $$ in to it.

Then it'll be a very good truck to you.
